Clinics Committee 

(5 Volunteers Needed)

• Arranges frequent clinics (pitching, hitting, catching, etc.) throughout the year. 
• Organizes Scorekeepers Clinic and Manager Clinics for all season.
•  Work with other committees to ensure all clinics are communicated to the proper channels.

Fundraising & Sponsorship Committee 

(5 Volunteers Needed)

• Cultivates relationships with current and future league sponsors and donors.
• Creates monthly food fundraisers and organizes any league fundraising events (hit-a-thon, bake sales, Navajo Night Out sponsors, etc.)

Events Committee 

(5 Volunteers Needed)

• Assists the Events Manager with organizing all formal events such as: 
  •  Opening/Closing Day 
  •  Egg Tourney 
  •  Navajo Night Out
  • All Star BBQ

Snack Bar Committee 

(3 Volunteers Needed)

• Assists the Concessions Manager to ensure proper Snack Bar volunteer coverage.
• Helps to maintain Snack Bar stock counts and helps in purchasing and restocking.

Uniform Committee 

(5 Volunteers Needed)

• Uniforms 
  
  • Supplies league jerseys/uniforms for all seasons
  • Communicates w/ vendors
  • Coordinates w/ Player Agents on fittings during evaluations.
•  Spirit Wear
  • Works w/ vendor(s) on design & production.
  • Maintains/controls current inventory of items on hand.
  • Purchases ancillary items for all seasons (All Star helmets, stickers, socks, etc.)

Rules & Regulations Committee 

(5 Volunteers Needed)

• Evaluates league rules & regulations for changes (annual/semi-annual) 
• Ensures compliance with USA Softball rules & regulations – de-conflicts any vague or unclear rules & regulations.
• Serve as deputies to umpire in chief (UIC) during league play.

Equipment & Fields Committee 

(2 Volunteers Needed)

• Equipment 
  • Coordinates distribution/collection of borrowed equipment (all seasons.) 
  • Maintains inventory and organization of equipment room. 
  • Submits requests to purchase new equipment.
• Fields 
  
  • Maintains fields in playable condition.
  • Coordinates field prep clinics for managers/coaches.
  • Reports field conditions to the city, must make mandatory field visits on a regular basis.
  • Submits requests to purchase supplies.

All Star & Interleague Committee 

(3 Volunteers Needed)

• Spring Rec/ Spring Select 
  
  •  Organizes tournaments & friendlies for Warriors teams (Spring Select) & Spring interleague play. 
• All Stars 
  
  • Organize tournament bookings & arranges accommodations for State tournaments.
  • Sets and manages All Star deadlines (commitment forms, team pictures, etc.) 
  • Organizes All Star tournament schedule and SDSS Tournament. 
• Fall 
  • Organizes league participation & tournaments.
