- Compiles meeting minutes.

- Responsible for rule enforcement
- Works with coaches and umpires to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Clinics and Coach's Development Coordinator- Jessica Vasquez

- Obtains and shares new tips and strategies for successful team management with managers and coaches.
- Arranges a variety of clinics for coaches and players throughout each season.

- Obtain and submit NGF volunteer and player info into NGF's USA Softball registration system each season.
- Ensure all volunteers successfully submit a background check, are cleared, and complete their SafeSport training
- Attend seasonal USA Softball registration meetings.

- Maintain and update email and communication among board members and the league
